The ADB Scholarship program provides nationals of ADB member nations with a two-year Fully Funded Master’s scholarship. Each year, ADB awards up to 300 scholarships in various countries. The University of Tokyo is one of the institutions where international students can pursue a Master’s degree program on a full scholarship. International students can study in Japan on a scholarship without having IELTS. Students are easy to apply to this worldwide scholarship program. It also does not require Japanese language proficiency.
