The Master Mind Scholarship provides €10,000 and a tuition fee waiver for one academic year (60 ECTS credits). Students who get this scholarship only have to pay a small administrative fee. The money is given in parts and helps cover housing, insurance, and most living expenses. If you’re interested, you need to first apply to a Flemish university that takes part in the Master Mind Scholarship Program. There is no application fee and the program accepts applicationms from all around the world.

- Citizenship: Applicants must be international students from countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
- Academic Excellence: A minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.5 out of 4.0 is required.
- Language Proficiency: Proof of English language proficiency through one of the following:
- IELTS: Overall band score of at least 7.0
- TOEFL: Minimum total score of 94
- C1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference
- Admission: Applicants must have been accepted into a master’s program at a participating Flemish institution.
- Previous Education: The applicant’s previous degree must be from a higher education institution located outside Flanders.
- Scholarship Exclusivity: Applicants should not be receiving another scholarship from the Flemish government or an Erasmus Mundus scholarship.
